1. How long does it take to deliver to my doorstep?

Delivery depends on the delivery location. For orders in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana might reach in 1-3 working days excluding the day of shipping. For orders to the rest of India, the parcels usually take 3-5 working days to reach there. For outside India, it takes 7-10 days to reach your place depending on the distance and shipping options available.


2. How do I track my orders in transit?

Our team will be in touch with you via WhatsApp/Email once your order is confirmed. A tracking link will be sent to you once the order is shipped with which you can find out about your order's whereabouts during the transit.


3. What payment modes are available?

Cash On Delivery is NOT available. You can pay through GooglePay / PhonePe / UPI / InternetBanking.


4. What are the delivery/shipping charges for other countries?

It is based on the country and the list is given in the information section about delivery charges.


5. Can I cancel my order after payment is done?

Yes. But, you need to cancel the order before the shipping is done at our end. If payment is done and the item is not shipped yet, we will return the complete amount (including shipping charges) paid to us.


6. Can I return the product if we receive a spoiled one?

Yes. Our products are packed using air-tight, double-layered international packing materials and so, pickles are received without spoiling. However, if the product is spoiled upon receiving, please contact us immediately and send an image/video of the spoiled pickle/product and we will initiate the return. We will send back the pickle cost (not shipping charges) as soon as we receive the pickles back. Shipping charges for return have to be borne by the customer itself.
